Charlie Lee Kemp
Charles Lee Kemp was born March 22, 1951 in Miami, Florida, to Mr. James and Mrs. Sarah Kemp.
Here in the south Florida area he spent the better part of his life and attended public school. He converted at an early age and joined Shiloh Baptist Church. All of the Kemp family members were encouraged to seek the right path as they were guided by a caring mother.
Charlie was noted for his style and flair. His nickname was "Charlie Fly" and he was known to run with the rough crowds at times, which eventually led to his incarceration. Even with all the hardships he endured nothing much seemed to damper his spirit as he remained true to his character.

Charles Lee Kemp:
On September 9, 1983, at 11:00 P.M. in Homestead, Florida, after a violent and deadly encounter with a knife wielding young thug, his life book was closed. An angel of silence came down and seal his lips and reclaimed that which God had given. He is resting in peace at Paradise Memorial Gardens
Richmond Heights, Florida.
